Good news! But??? Will there be more new sets of 1/32 scale Napoleonics after these sets or is Hat going back to 1/72??? I keep hearing rumors of poor sales on 1/32 and that Hat will no longer be doing 1/32. Or are they just going to cut back a bit on 1/32 and still make them? What about all the other planed sets like the Austrians,Spanish,Pre/post Baden french and the talk of cavalry and artillery???
I really hope Hat continues with the 1/32 scale sets even if only at a slowed pace.
So whats the real deal from the horses mouth minus all the rumors??? FISH! <"))))><
Bravo Hatblogger, the Russian and Prussian Landwehr Command sets look terrific - well done! I am just happy to get any sets your able to put into production (considering the present grim global economic climate). I am sure these beauties will be well snapped up apon putting into production. We napoleonic 1/32 modellers/wargamers have never had it so good! Thankyou. Stephen Anderson
I have been buying my share of figures and have also been trying to help promote sales also on a couple of toy soldier forums. http://www.treefrogtreasures.com/forum/showthread.php?33437-Light-Infantry-Chasseur-conversions
Hi, nice set of command. Will be great if hat carries on with 1/32nd if only 1 or 2 sets are released per year. Hopefully, surely one day this recession will end - it cannot last forever as in past recessions of the last 40 years. Once people have spare cash they will start buying hobby items again 9th
Just FYI I buy sets for 18 soldier units. Have had Bavarians for a year awaiting release of cmd set. When that comes out I'll buy the Prussian cmd set, March and action. Landwehr cmd and 7yw cmd release means I'll buy those sets with respective march and action boxes. My purchases are keyed by command sets, otherwise the figures stay in storage, unpainted-no reason to buy them. Scott
I sincerely hope the 1:32 figures will be continued. The Hät 1:32 Napoleonics & 7YW were an answer to my prayers. Since the start of the production, I already bought more than 3 thousend of those very beautiful figures to make (paint) large armies.I'm really waiting for the command sets to buy. Please, don't make me "pray" again..

I,m not 100% sure I understand your message??? does this mean we should switch to 1/72???? And there will be no more 1/32?
How about a clear yes,no maybe type non cryptic answer??????????????????????
I,m more confused then before!
P.S.
A good steak beats chichen any day of the week, so you will not be selling me any chickens any time soon.
FISH!
@Fish, the future of the 1/32 line depends on current sales and is continuously evaluated.

Dear Hatblogger,
the Russian set with the Mounted Officer, will the set have 3 mounted officers?
With three sprues and six figures on each that would be the normal amount of figures.
The additional mounted figures would be very useful for conversions, Prussian or others!
Regards

good news . More than happy to see these.
@brian023, yes it will have 3 mounted figures, but no horses.
