Converting with Hat Parts

Here is a recent conversion I made using parts from Hat figures. This is a dismounted Prussian husar.
I used a head from a Prussian infantry figure along with new arms from a Wurtemberg jager on an Italeri body and the coat is from an old Airfix kit.
The other mounted Prussian Hussars are a mix of Timpo and Italeri figures with new Hat Prussian heads added to them.
These will have to do as Prussian cavalry until Hat makes us some new Prussian cavalry sets???????
I also converted a bunch of the horses into new poses also to give them a heat of battle look to them.

great conversions, would that the same conversion is possible in 1:72... but it's too fiddly for my big fingers :-)
