Accessories for 1/32 Figures
What do you use as accessories for your 1/32 scale figures. Many playsets offer great accessories but how much is out there in true 1/32 scale already made? Do you use 1/35 scale accessories for models? Or do you prefer self-made accessories and buildings? Ideas and tips are welcome.

I do mainly self made terrain and buildings. I have brought a few buildings from 1/35 to conte 1/32.
Space and shipping stop me buy accesssories =playsets
I like to check the local thrift stores. There is a series of spice containers that are made to look like houses that are square and fit in well with almost any period. Then there is the tissue box that is a wooden house that fits in with the spice containers. They come with door and window frames and awnings on them. The paint job has to be done over but the scale is almost perfect. The tops of the spice boxes are removable but the tissue boxes are attached.
At a yard sale I found 100 4" christmas tree decorations. they make a great forest as they are 3 dimentional.
If one is not too picky for WWII, the old Fisher price town streets work well with a paint job. They have stairways and flat rooves and doors. You line up 2 per block and it dosen't take much to make a fair sized city.

There are tons of 1/32 houses out there from a number of companies. Most of foam, and frequently unpainted, but they work very well.
A lot of the old Marx accessories have been reissud, and Barzso Playsets have tons of accessories also, many available seperatly. Also, check Playmobil. They do a lot of different things, and are not necessarily as toyish as you might think.

If you check out the halloween diorama accessories you will find gravestones that are in a good enough scale. There is also a grim reaper to walk amoung the soon to be dead. Some of the iron fencing and gates can be used. There are dead trees and corn stalk stands.
The winter/Christmas items are also good but only available in season.

As far as buildings I use Hobby Bunker foam buildings as well as Conte and CTS. The Conte buildings are large and found out they work well with G scale buildings. I picked up a few Pike G buildings. I do mosyly WW2 so you need a lot of buildings.
