Russian Command test shots

Hi: Here are the Russian test shots, please feel free to comment. It has 6 figures, drummer, 2 X NCO, foot officer, standard bearer and a mounted officer without horse. It will be made in the same color as the Russian foot sets. There is one extra grenadier head with plume, which is all that could be fit on the sprue. Both officers have plug in arms which means that they can be swiveled into different positions.

It is very good to see these moving along. I like the mounted officer. Will these two sets be in E22?

The CTS horses would be the easiest plastic horses to obtain. The metal figure manufacturer All the King's Men mounts their British and American War of 1812 generals on them. There are pictures on the ATKM site so you can see what they look like painted with a Nap era general on board. You can also get the larger TSSD horses in charging poses.

I would think that the Russian's legs could be adjusted with hot water if needed.

I dont think the horse should be in a flat out pose?
The Waterloo 1815 Prussians has 2 horses in the box {I had forgotten about}

With the 200 years anniversary of Borodino comming up next year, plans for a big 54mm battle are emerging. These figures will be a must.

I just picked up some boxes of Russians {action}
My first thought when i pulled the sprues out was WOW,
And those silver test sprues on the website dont do them justice at all.

Russian Artilery would be nice for 2012 but that might be a big ask.

This Russian Command set is truly a great set! I have already 800 Russians from the other Hät sets & from Black cat. When this Hät Command set will be out, I surely buy 10 boxes of it! My Russian cavalry was made by Helmet soldiers...& my Russian artillery are conversions of AIP French line artillery with Black cat heads
