Greetings!

We've decided to start a 1/32 scale blog for 1/32 scale enthusiasts interested in 1/32 HaT figures. This is experimental for now and we'll see how it goes. I'd like to do a daily post but don't know if there's enough stuff to post daily.

First some news, the Austrian vs. Russian poll seems to have died down, I'll take a look at the results later and see what's more popular.

For now, the first two sets going into the queue will be the Prussian Landwehr command and Russian Infantry command. Almost forgot about those, but with the Russian and Landwehr infantry molds finished, they definitely need their command figures to lead them!

Feel free to check in and say hi so that this blog can get started. (I'm still playing around with this, but it seems like you have to hit the "COMMENTS" word just below this in order to post a comment.

Just testing :-)
You may change the background color just to remember people that they are in the 1/32 blog.

Found it.
the Austrian vs. Russian poll OK just so long as you minus 5 of the Austrians it should = Spanish 1st

This was very easy to find.
There was a very recent discussion on the forum as to what direction the 1/32 SYW Austrian Infantry should take. Maybe we can develop that further here. Since the set is in a very rudimentary stage how about satisfying the desire for Hungarians by making one of the marching poses and one of the usual two advancing poses Hungarians?
Unless Hat wants to do a separate Hungarian set?

The blog wants word verification before accepting a post. Is that the normal way this blog will work?

@Rahway, I've disabled that now. If we get spam, I'll enable it again.

Sure, we can talk about Hungarian vs. Germans. I'll make a post on that after more people find this blog.

Hi - how many of us are there? - we are in the minority compared to 1/72nd Johnnies I know, but I would guess that we still amount to a large number of 1/32nd collectors, figure painters, wargamers etc....

Just like Wayne, I enjoy 1/72nd and 1/32nd.

Glad to have this forum and to be a part of it.
How about finishing the Punic wars Baeleric slingers! I am getting tired of scrounging up Biblical play set David figures.

Howdy,

A shout out to my pal Craigspiel

HAT Industries--Kudos on soliciting the feedback of the consumer, ultimately the buyers make decision with their dollars, but you are smart to find out what they would be willing to throw dollars towards.

I think a 1/32 Sudan colonial set with command type figures would be great. Generals, Staff, Couriers, Surgeons for the Brits and Kalifahs in finery for the dervish (along with some bejas) Also some of your camel ranges in 1/32 would be great (British camel corp, egyptian, and some BEJA and MAHDists.

Hello HAT,
I would like to second the suggestion of CUSTER7THCAV ,1/32 scale Sudan War/Colonial sets would be great.
I would also be good if you could scale up some of your small scale sets. Maybe you could make some other era sets between your Napoleonic sets.
I'll be watching the comments here and hope to take part.
Thanks
